AI Disclosure
Every track on Canvas is AI-generated. We label it on-platform — an "AI-Generated" tag at the point of creation and on published tracks like regional anthems — in line with EU AI Act Article 52-style transparency expectations.
Copyright & AI-Generated Content positionProvenance Marking
Every generated track carries a persistent, in-band technical marker — AI-generated ID3 metadata plus a cryptographic C2PA (Content Credentials) signature embedded directly in the audio file — so its origin travels with it and is independently verifiable even if it's downloaded or re-hosted elsewhere.
Voice & Biometric Safety
Voice Lab cloning requires your explicit, versioned consent, a nominal $0.60 identity check (fully refunded) confirming you're an adult, and is self-only — you can only clone your own voice. It's hard-blocked entirely on child profiles. Consent can be revoked, and revoking immediately blocks further use of that biometric data.

Prompts are automatically screened against a blocked-content list — including exploitation-of-minors terms — before generation. Signup requires a date of birth; under-13s are directed to Family Safe, where a parent/guardian verifies with a PIN plus a nominal identity check (COPPA verifiable parental consent) and gets activity oversight, blocked-content logs, and session controls.
Children & age verificationCultural Respect
Regional Anthems and culturally-themed tracks are original AI compositions "inspired by" a tradition, never a copy of a specific artist's work. We tell you where the training data broadly comes from, and welcome feedback if we misrepresent a tradition.

We respond to valid takedown notices under the US DMCA and equivalent frameworks in the EU, UK, Canada and Nigeria. File a notice through our interactive form and track it with a ticket ID.

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Closing your account disables login immediately and anonymises your profile; a small set of legally-required records are retained in de-identified form only as long as the law requires.
