Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

Do not create or upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative of minors (CSAM), promotes violence or self-harm, or facilitates crime. Prompts are automatically screened against a blocked-content list — including exploitation-of-minors terms — before generation; matches are rejected and repeat attempts may be escalated and reported to authorities.

Impersonation & voice

Do not clone or imitate a person's voice or likeness without their verified, recorded consent. Voice cloning requires completion of our consent flow and is self-only (you may only clone your own voice). Do not use any Canvas voice, cloned or synthetic, to deceive, impersonate an official or authority figure, coerce, defraud, or otherwise harm a third party who receives or hears the output — this applies even where the underlying voice consent is valid.

Intellectual property

Do not attempt to reproduce copyrighted lyrics, melodies or artist names to pass off outputs as an existing rights-holder's work. Repeat infringers are removed.

Platform integrity

No scraping, reverse engineering, resale of credits, or circumventing rate limits, watermarks, provenance markings or safety filters.

Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement for violations.

We use strictly-necessary storage to keep you signed in, and optional analytics to improve Canvas. See our Cookie Policy.
