1. Agreement
By creating a Canvas account or using the service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Canvas Music is operated by Masters Global Inc. You must be at least 13 years old; users under 18 should use a parent-managed Family Safe child account.
2. The service
Canvas is an AI music-creation platform. It generates music, lyrics, cover art and related outputs from your prompts. Outputs are produced by artificial intelligence and may be imperfect or resemble existing styles; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before release.
3. Your content & rights
You retain rights to prompts you submit. Commercial-use rights to generated outputs are granted according to your plan. You may not use Canvas to infringe the intellectual property, publicity or privacy rights of others.
4. AI-generated disclosure
Music, vocals and art created on Canvas are AI-generated. Canvas labels AI-generated output on-platform (an "AI-Generated" tag with an explainer at the point of creation and on published tracks such as regional anthems) to meet EU AI Act Article 52-style transparency expectations. Where required by law, you must also disclose that AI was used when you publish or distribute outputs elsewhere. Voice-cloned vocals require verified consent from the voice owner — see the Voice Data section of our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment & refunds
Paid plans and add-ons are billed via Stripe. Canvas never stores your card details. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Statutory withdrawal/refund rights apply where mandated by your jurisdiction.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Account & Privacy. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masters Global Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
